The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Griffin circles away from the clinch attempt.
hogan shoots in for a takedown but Griffin shows good takedown defense.
hogan shoots in for a double leg but Griffin sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Griffin stuffs the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for hulk hogan. That's going to take a lot out of him.
hogan shoots in but Griffin avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Griffin throws a combination. hogan tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

It looks like hulk hogan has been cut.
Griffin misses with a jab, cross combination.
Griffin works the jab nicely.
Griffin throws a right and a left that both miss.
BOOM! Griffin lands a beautiful left hook that drops hogan. hogan tries to recover but Griffin is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and hogan lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
