Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Alberto Nunes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Porter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Alberto Nunes!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, John Porter!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Porter defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Nunes.
Porter closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Nunes quickly recovers to half guard.
Nunes moves into full guard.
Nunes pulls Porter in close to his closed guard and prevents Porter from doing any damage or advancing position.
Nunes wants to stand but Porter is controlling the position.
Porter wants to control from the top but Nunes keeps moving.
Porter controlling from the top position.
Porter stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Nunes swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Porter working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
Nunes lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Porter!
Nunes has control of Porter's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Porter regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Nunes wants to control the pace but Porter is squirming around nicely.
Nunes looking to ground and pound but Porter is blocking nicely.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Porter is bucking up trying to escape but Nunes cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Nunes stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing.
Nunes doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Nunes misses with a takedown
and Porter counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Nunes controls Porter momentarily but Porter frees himself.
Nunes avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Nunes is trying to control the position but Porter postures up.
Nunes tries to land a sweep but no joy.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Porter won't allow Nunes to get back to his feet.
Porter slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Porter fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Nunes throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Nunes fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Porter, pushing him back against the cage.
Porter has Nunes pressed against the cage, preventing Nunes from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Nunes manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Porter throws a big elbow that misses.
Porter looking to sit in guard and control but Nunes gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Nunes trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Nunes trying to control but Porter is working from the bottom.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Porter fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Nunes to the ground. Porter is now in Nunes's guard.
Nunes controls Porter momentarily but Porter frees himself.
Porter trying to control but Nunes is working from the bottom.
Nunes is looking to stand up but Porter isn't so interested in that idea.
Nunes keeping moving, preventing Porter from controlling successfully.
Nunes working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Porter doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Porter manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Nunes is looking to stand up but Porter isn't so interested in that idea.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Nunes is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Porter postures up in Nunes's guard and throws a big left but Nunes blocks it.
Porter is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Nunes has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Porter is looking to defend but Nunes has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Porter! Nunes pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Porter taps out and this one is all over!
