Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wally Macab (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nyrkki Tyrmays (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Macab misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Macab throws a lazy uppercut
and Tyrmays counters with a right hand to the body.
Tyrmays throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Tyrmays throws out a loose jab but Macab uses good head movement to avoid it.
Macab fails in his attempt to clinch.
Tyrmays thows a body shot but no joy.
Macab takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Wally Macab seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Macab wants to clinch up but Tyrmays keeps it at a distance.

It looks like Wally Macab has been cut.
Macab shoots for a takedown but Tyrmays saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Tyrmays tries to keep at a distance but Macab has taken the fight into the clinch.
Macab misses with an elbow over the top.
Macab is trying to force a seperation but Tyrmays has the dominant position.
Macab tries to stall but Tyrmays uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Tyrmays blocks the elbow strike.
Macab jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Tyrmays walks away with a smile on his face. Macab gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Wally Macab. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Tyrmays cracks Macab with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Macab looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Tyrmays finish him?

Macab is rocked!

Nyrkki Tyrmays is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Macab looks for a takedown but Tyrmays sprawls well.

Macab bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Macab thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Macab tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
The ground and pound from Macab seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.

Macab swings around for an armbar but Tyrmays sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Macab's guard.
Tyrmays must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Tyrmays wants to stand and escape but instead Macab has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Macab throws a big elbow that misses.

Macab drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Tyrmays manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Macab has Tyrmays in his guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Macab has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Tyrmays should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Macab has tightened it up now! Tyrmays should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
