With a record of 9 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Rocko Dentalplan!
The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Dmitry Maklakov and Ivan Kurochkin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dentalplan ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Zimmer moves away.
Dentalplan tries a head kick but it misses.
No luck for Zimmer with that takedown attempt.
Dentalplan misses with a double jab.
Dentalplan throws a sloppy head kick and Zimmer moves out of range easily.
Dentalplan fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Zimmer is out of range.
Dentalplan lands a head kick. Zimmer smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

It looks like Alek Zimmer has been cut.
Dentalplan finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Zimmer throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Dentalplan on the side of the head.
Dentalplan looks to throw a body kick
and Zimmer counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Zimmer missing with a left hand there. Dentalplan was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Zimmer connects with a nice looking jab.

It looks like Rocko Dentalplan has been cut.

Dentalplan takes a swing at Zimmer's ribcage but misses.
Dentalplan tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Zimmer dodges the punch combination from Dentalplan.
Dentalplan moves to clinch but Zimmer breaks away
and Zimmer counters with a leg kick.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Zimmer connects with a single shot there.
Dentalplan is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Zimmer pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Dentalplan back to the cage. Zimmer follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Zimmer getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Zimmer showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Dentalplan.
Dentalplan ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Zimmer moves away.
Dentalplan lands a right hook to the body.
Zimmer jabs Dentalplan right on the nose. Dentalplan blinks but takes it well.

That has opened up Rocko Dentalplan's cut even more.
Zimmer's jab looks to have found its range, popping Dentalplan under the eye.

Zimmer weaves into range and cracks Dentalplan right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Dentalplan goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Zimmer is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Alek Zimmer!
