Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dirt McGirt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eduard Folayang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Folayang has chosen Mike Swift as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGirt throws the left hand but Folayang avoids the punch easily.
Folayang tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Folayang uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from McGirt.
McGirt fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Folayang.

Folayang shoots in looking for a takedown. McGirt tries to sprawl out of it but Folayang keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. McGirt manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
