The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kiwes looks to land a right hand but Stoner moved out of range.
Horrible takedown by Stoner or perhaps it was just good defense by Kiwes which made him look bad.
Stoner throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
The fighters circling - Kiwes throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Stoner throws a right and a left that Kiwes avoids nicely.
Kiwes has a takedown stuffed.
Stoner dips to his left and cracks Kiwes with an uppercut!
Thomas Stoner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Stoner drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Kiwes gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Stoner wants to pass the guard but Kiwes is defending well.
Kiwes is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Stoner's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Stoner's back!

Kiwes working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Stoner is doing well to defend. Kiwes seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Stoner is forced to tap and this one is over!
