Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Riku Rupponen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mervin Dodoy Ruiz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rupponen comes to the cage accompanied by Cannibal Corpse I Cum Blood. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rupponen tries to score a power double leg takedown but Ruiz sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Rupponen somewhat.
Ruiz moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Mervin Dodoy Ruiz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rupponen changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ruiz tries to avoid it but Rupponen manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ruiz to the ground. Ruiz escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Ruiz scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
A nice inside leg kick there by Ruiz. That's going to slow Rupponen down.
Ruiz lands with an uppercut that bounces Rupponen off the cage and back into range.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Rupponen takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

Rupponen is rocked!
Ruiz feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Rupponen crashing to the mat! This one is all over!
