The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Falk takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Falk takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Hawkins rushes Falk and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Falk looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Hawkins breaks the clinch.
Hawkins lands a left and a right that send Falk crashing to the mat, dazed. Hawkins thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Falk is rocked!
It looks like Johnny Falk has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Hawkins connects with a left and a right that sees a clearly hurt Falk covering up! Hawkins comes in with a big uppercut and Falk goes doooown! He's slumped up against the cage, eyes staring blankly into space.
