Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Grimly Fiendish (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Billy Mitchell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mitchell has chosen Wax Simulacra as his entrance music. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Colin Fray and Micheangelo Fripello.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mitchell moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Fiendish ducks right into an uppercut from Mitchell.
Mitchell misses with a few strikes there.
Fiendish throws a body punch but Mitchell moves out of range.
Fiendish moves in looking to clinch but Mitchell pushes him off.

Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

and Mitchell counters with a three punch combo that has Fiendish backing up. Fiendish nods at Mitchell to acknowledge the strikes.

Fiendish chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Mitchell can pounce on him.

Fiendish uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Mitchell.
Fiendish changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Mitchell looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
The referee asks Fiendish politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Fiendish prefers to stall for the moment though.
Fiendish creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Mitchell sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Grimly Fiendish.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Fiendish, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
