The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eklundh lands a head kick. Sr smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Sr shoots for a takedown but Eklundh saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Sr is trying hard to land a takedown here. Eklundh sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Sr has managed to clinch.
Sr changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Eklundh fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Mattias Ia Eklundh has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jorge Sr.
Sr tries to bum rush Eklundh with a series of wild strikes but Eklundh uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Horrible takedown by Sr or perhaps it was just good defense by Eklundh which made him look bad.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Sr.
