Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tirawit Kokin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Timo Takka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Takka is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Kavinsky - Nightcall. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Takka lands a leg kick that knocks Kokin off balance momentarily.
Kokin dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Takka . That did some damage!
Takka shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Kokin as he jumps to the side.
Takka throws a leg kick that misses.
Kokin bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Takka throws a half hearted mid kick.
Takka misses with a low kick.
Kokin tries to move into range but Takka moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
A big left from Kokin misses.
Takka just misses with a punch to the body.
Takka cracks Kokin with an open hand slap.
A jab from Takka finds it's way through Kokin's defenses.

Kokin takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Kokin throws a hook but Takka blocks it.
Takka motions for Kokin to come forward. Takka throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.

Takka has managed to clinch.

Kokin breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Takka throws a right hand that Kokin ducks under and follows up with a left that Kokin also avoids with ease.
Kokin checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Takka fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Kokin avoids it really well and circles away.

Takka gets a double leg takedown into Kokin's guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Takka won't allow Kokin to get back to his feet.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Timo Takka wasn't active enough on the ground.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Takka creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Kokin can't find room to land a body shot as Takka controls the action.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Takka shoots in but Kokin avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Kokin walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Kokin scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Kokin jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Takka ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Kokin moves away.
Kokin throws a push kick but Takka slaps the foot to one side.

Takka shoots in and drives through. Kokin sprawls well.
Takka fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Kokin.

Takka is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Kokin.
Kokin tries to close the distance and clinch but Takka swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Takka swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Kokin shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Takka lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Kokin has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Kokin and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Takka shoots in for a takedown but Kokin shows good takedown defense.
Tirawit Kokin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Timo Takka .
Takka motions for Kokin to come forward. Takka throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Kokin on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.

Kokin is rocked!
Takka cracks Kokin with a left hook right on the temple and Kokin goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Takka lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Kokin is OK!
