The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good standup being displayed there by Benjamin Jr as he connects with a hook.
Jagger throws a jab when Benjamin Jr was well out of range.
Jagger scores with a jab to the body.
Jagger tries to move into range but Benjamin Jr moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Benjamin Jr throws a lazy body kick
and Jagger makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Jagger slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Benjamin Jr slips a straight right by Jagger.
Benjamin Jr blocks the body kick.
Benjamin Jr tries a low kick but Jagger avoids it.
Jagger misses with a hook.
Jagger avoids a low kick by using good footwork.

Jagger shoots in and gets a takedown into Benjamin Jr's guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

Benjamin Jr wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Jagger manages to pass to side control.

Benjamin Jr is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Jagger is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Jagger is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Benjamin Jr doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Jagger.
Jagger moves into full mount! Benjamin Jr won't be happy about that!
Jagger sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
Benjamin Jr has given up his back. Will we see Jagger going for some submissions?

Benjamin Jr defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Jagger's arms.
Well, with Jagger on his back, surely it's only a matter of time before Benjamin Jr is tapping out... Can he escape the position?

Benjamin Jr is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.

Jagger has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Benjamin Jr! Can he survive? No! He's out! Jagger gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
