Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jackson Teller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Abe Jefferson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Teller comes to the cage accompanied by God's Gonna Cut You Down by Johnny Cash. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Teller fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Jefferson throws a one two combo.

It looks like Jackson Teller has been cut.
A nice leg kick lands there from Teller.
Teller misses with a body shot.

Jefferson shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Teller napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Teller is looking for a sweep.
Jefferson misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Jefferson throws an elbow but Teller slips to the side and avoids it well.
Teller parries the strikes from Jefferson easily there. Jefferson is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Teller to escape.

Jefferson wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Teller, who protects the arm well.

Jefferson is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Teller knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Jefferson is looking to take a break and control but Teller is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Jefferson thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Jefferson is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Teller looks calm but he's in trouble here. Jefferson gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Teller is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Jefferson lets go of the hold and Teller can pop his arm back in it's socket.
