Rovio kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Boom City. Montros comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Going Under - Evanescence kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Rampe Rovio is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rovio goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Rovio tries to land a front kick but Montros steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Montros misses with a looping right.
Rovio scores with a leg kick.
Montros is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Rovio.
Rovio moves out of range of the strikes.

A shot to the liver by Montros. Beautiful body shot.
Rovio slips a jab from Montros.
Rovio lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Montros throws a shot from downtown. Rovio moves away and avoids it.
Rovio wants to land a leg kick but Montros is out of range.

Rovio throws a leg kick which misses Montros's front leg but catches the back leg as Montros tries to avoid it.

Rovio throws a sloppy head kick and Montros moves out of range easily.
Montros tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Rovio manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Montros misses the shot to the body.
That kick from Rovio tenderised Montros's leg. Montros is trying to keep his angry face on.
Rovio stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Rovio wants it to stay on the feet.
Montros lands a nice shot to the body.
Montros scores with a crisp jab that stopped Rovio in his tracks.
Montros thows a body shot but no joy.
Montros fails to land with a series of punches.
Montros stuffs the takedown attempt from Rovio. Rovio gets slowly back to his feet.

Rovio looks to score with a jab to the body but Montros is just out of range.
Rovio ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Montros moves away.
Montros connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Montros throws a jab but it's blocked by Rovio.

Montros throws a lazy right hand but Rovio sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Rovio avoids the body shot from Montros.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Montros throws a looping overhand right but Rovio ducks down to avoid it.

Montros lands with a hook. Rovio tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Montros manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Rovio on his heels. He'll look to pass Rovio's guard now, I'm sure.

Montros sitting in guard doing not very much at all here. Rovio doesn't need a second invitation though! He's locked up a guillotine and he's squeezing tight! That is tiiiiiiiiight! Montros paying the price for stalling here - he's pushing hard on the arm trying to free himself but it's no use! He's tapped! WOW, quick submission from Rovio - great work!
