Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Eber Kaique (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel Macena (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Macena tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Kaique manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Macena closes the distance looking to clinch
and Kaique counters with a stiff right hand.
Kaique fails with a takedown attempt.
Macena pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Macena tries to close the distance and clinch but Kaique swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Macena moves out of range as Kaique throws a body kick.

Macena is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Macena is looking to stand up but Kaique won't let him.

Macena gets to his feet - Kaique follows without any prompting.

Macena shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Kaique manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Macena wants to control from the top but Kaique keeps moving.

Macena stands and steps away. Kaique gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Kaique is breathing heavily.
Macena tries to clinch up.
Macena tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Kaique paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Daniel Macena seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kaique tries to score a power double leg takedown but Macena sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Kaique somewhat.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Kaique shoots in and drives through. Macena sprawls well.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Kaique throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Macena's waist but Macena gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Kaique off to one side.

Kaique throws a push kick but Macena slaps the foot to one side.

Macena lands a big head kick that sends Kaique tumbling to the mat! Macena takes a step backwards and waves Kaique back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Eber Kaique has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Kaique shoots for a double leg takedown but Macena sprawls well. He's pushed Kaique's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Macena tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Kaique manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Macena leaves Kaique with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Macena lands a hook that stumbles Kaique back into the cage. Macena follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Kaique to the canvas! Macena pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Kaique has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
