Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Julius Romulus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Liam Gabe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Julius Romulus looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Liam Gabe!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Eliza Hachem and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Romulus changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Gabe tries to avoid it but Romulus manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Gabe to the ground. Gabe escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Romulus takes a kick to the side of the head.
Gabe tries to clinch
and Romulus counters with a head kick. That will keep Gabe thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Gabe chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Gabe throws a head kick that Romulus semi-blocks.
Romulus is rocked!
Gabe fails with an attempt to clinch.
Oh Romulus is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Gabe lands a big head kick that sends Romulus to the canvas! Gabe follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
