Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jorge Santos!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Rafael Al Danos!
The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Seu Braga and Felipe Paraventi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Al Danos closes the distance and clinches.
Santos looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!

Santos is looking for a triangle but Al Danos pushes his legs off easily.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Santos shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Al Danos as he avoids it easily.
Al Danos stalks Santos and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Santos's face. Santos staggers backwards, shaken.

Al Danos rushes Santos and presses him up against the cage.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Al Danos is trying to break free.
Al Danos tries to throw a body punch but Santos avoids it by throwing Al Danos back against the cage.

Santos breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

The fight stays on the outside here - Al Danos looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Al Danos lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

and Al Danos counters with a left to the body.
