Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tyreke Wilkes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Doe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Joe Doe told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Doe gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Wilkes throwing strikes but missing.
Wilkes works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Doe really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Wilkes. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Doe is trying to maintain the position but Wilkes is very close to passing his half guard.
Wilkes not landing any meaningful shots this time.

Wilkes is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Doe defends it well.
