PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bull Dog (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Taco Belle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Taco Belle was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dog throws a looping overhand right but Belle ducks down to avoid it.
Belle ducks under a wild hook from Dog.
Bull Dog seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sloppy strikes from Dog. Those never looked like landing.
No joy there for Belle, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Belle drops his hands momentarily and Dog takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Belle defending well as Dog loads up on a big left hand.
Dog throws a jab when Belle was well out of range.
Belle feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Dogs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Belle throws a big shot that misses.

Belle tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Belle throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Belle swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Dog.

A frustrated look appears on Dog's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Belle throws a punch but it's blocked by Dog.

Belle keeps control of Dog as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Belle pushes off an throws an elbow but Dog leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
Belle can't find room to land a body shot as Dog controls the action.
Belle lands a right hand that snaps the head of Dog backwards.

Dog wants to get back to striking at distance but Belle won't allow it.

Dog will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Dog drops Belle with a naaaaasty hook - Belle is in real trouble here! Dog dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!

Bull Dog was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
