Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Limon Portokalov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leto II Atreides (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Portokalov comes to the cage accompanied by Breaking Benjamin-I Will Not Bow. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Leto II Atreides!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Frank Dennis and Gwen Towbar.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Portokalov drops Atreides with a nice combination! Portokalov dives into Atreides's guard, looking to finish!

It looks like Leto II Atreides has been cut.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Portokalov tries to free his leg and advance position but Atreides is retaining full guard.
Portokalov wants to control from the top but Atreides keeps moving.
Atreides working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Portokalov.
Portokalov in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Portokalov postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Portokalov passes into half guard.
Portokalov uses his free foot to push down on Atreides's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Atreides.
Portokalov tries to control but Atreides wriggling away.
Atreides is in all sorts of trouble here.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Portokalov avoids the attempt from Atreides to control.
Portokalov sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
Portokalov content just to control the position here.
Atreides tries to lock up and control but Portokalov gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Atreides is working to get back to half guard.
Atreides wants to control but Portokalov is having none of it.
Portokalov punching from mount but Atreides doing a good job of avoiding damage.
Atreides is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Portokalov pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Portokalov trying to control but Atreides is having none of it.

Portokalov throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage.
Portokalov misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

Atreides defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Portokalov.

The cut above Leto II Atreides's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Leto II Atreides's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
