The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bastos drops back looking for a leg! Cooperman is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Cooperman manages to kick Bastos off! Bastos jumps back into Cooperman's guard.

Bastos bounces back off the cage towards Cooperman, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Cooperman lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Cooperman celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
