The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Morgan throws out the jab.
Morgan misses with an uppercut
and Silva counters with an inside leg kick.

Silva feints and then cracks Morgan's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Morgan down.
James Morgan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Silva pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

Morgan takes a jab right on the kisser.
Morgan takes a swing at Silva's ribcage but misses.
Morgan misses with a wild body shot.
Morgan looks to land a left hand but Silva moved out of range nicely.
Silva throws a solid leg kick but Morgan takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Silva.

Morgan lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

Silva motions for Morgan to come forward. Silva throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.

Silva chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Morgan can pounce on him.
Silva throws a leg kick which misses Morgan's front leg but catches the back leg as Morgan tries to avoid it.
