Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dan Quinn!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mark Wahl!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Bruno Lombardi and David Schapiro.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wahl shoots in but Quinn avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Quinn drops Wahl with a nice combination! Quinn dives into Wahl's guard, looking to finish!

Wahl is rocked!

It looks like Mark Wahl has been cut.
Wahl looking for a sweep. Not yet Wahl, not yet.

Quinn decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Wahl, up you get!
Wahl circles away from the clinch attempt.
Wahl shoots in for a double leg but Quinn sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Wahl gets a takedown into half guard.
Quinn is trying to stand.

Wahl looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Quinn is trying to stand up here but Wahl is controlling him well.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Wahl is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Quinn doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Wahl.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.
A right-left combo lands from Quinn.
Quinn cracks Wahl with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Quinn has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Wahl to stand back up!
Wahl is still on wobbly legs! Can Quinn finish him?
Wahl takes a shot right to the bread basket.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Quinn misses with a double jab.
Wahl misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Wahl seems to have recovered his senses.
Dan Quinn has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mark Wahl.

Wahl shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wahl cracks Quinn with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Quinn is squirming around, avoiding Wahl's attempts to control the action.
Quinn is trying to stand.

Wahl trying to control but Quinn is having none of it.

Wahl working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Quinn looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Wahl! Submission of the night perhaps?
