Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between John The Pitbull (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kaspars Timma (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The Pitbull comes to the cage accompanied by Three 6 Mafia - It's a Fight. Timma has chosen Adrenaline Rush as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Kaspars Timma!
The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Chris Saunders and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Pitbull throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Decent striking displayed by Timma there.
Timma throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Timma stuns The Pitbull with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Timma jabs The Pitbull to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Timma takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Timma scores with a hook.
The Pitbull closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Timma to the mat! Timma manages to get full guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Timma is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Timma stands up out of the half guard.
A nice inside leg kick there by Timma. That's going to slow The Pitbull down.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Timma scores with a one two! The Pitbull had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
It looks like John The Pitbull has been cut.
Timma throws a quick inside leg kick.
Kaspars Timma seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The Pitbull defending well as Timma loads up on a big left hand.
Timma connects with the punch.
Timma moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Timma keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Timma takes a swing at The Pitbull's ribcage but misses.
Timma scores with a hook to the body. The Pitbull takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
The Pitbull throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Timma sees it coming and avoids it easily.
The Pitbull connects with a body shot that sends Timma's belly button to the back.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The Pitbull misses with a takedown attempt - Timma sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Timma lands a lovely overhand right.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Timma ducks down and throws a hook to the body but The Pitbull moves away.
Kaspars Timma is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
The Pitbull takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
The Pitbull looks to land a left hand but Timma moved out of range nicely.
Timma connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
The Pitbull takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
The Pitbull is rocked!
Timma walks forward and throws a big overhand right! The Pitbull drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Timma swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from The Pitbull's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kaspars Timma!
A relieved looking Kaspars Timma thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
