The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Baumgardner gets the takedown into side control.

It looks like Brian Baumgardner has been cut.

Baumgardner is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Aoki pulls his head out easily.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Aoki connects with a nice short shot to Baumgardner's temple.
