Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Apollo Balboa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Manny Manfred (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Balboa kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is I was made for lovin you. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good exchange - Manfred coming out on top.
Balboa pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Manfred throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Manfred lands a big head kick that sends Balboa tumbling to the mat! Manfred takes a step backwards and waves Balboa back to his feet - he wants the finish!

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Balboa crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Manfred - the referee stops the clock and Balboa gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Manfred. Balboa manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Manfred fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Balboa looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Balboa shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Manfred sprawls well. Manfred wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Balboa gets slowly back to his feet.
Balboa on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Balboa with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Manfred to score with a decent uppercut.

This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether Balboa might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far.
Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Manfred throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Balboa is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the cage! Wow!
