Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sentrell Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matthew Connor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Matthew Connor will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Sentrell Lee!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Hirohito Nitta and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Connor throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Lee looks for a takedown but Connor sprawls well.
Connor lands a lovely overhand right.
It looks like Sentrell Lee has been cut.
Lee drives through with a takedown into Connor's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Connor wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Lee is now in half guard.
Lee is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Connor defends it well.
Connor is refusing to be controlled, as Lee sits in half guard.

Lee trying to mount his opponent but Connor defends it.
Connor really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lee. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Lee prevents Connor from improving his position.
Connor avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Lee.
Lee is looking to advance position but Connor won't allow it.
Lee tries to stand and escape but Connor is controlling the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Lee is figuring out what he wants to do next.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Sentrell Lee.
Connor scores with a spinning back kick!
Matthew Connor is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Lee drives through with a takedown into Connor's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
Lee postures up.
Connor is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Lee not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Nice uppercut there from Connor.
Lee takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Connor tries to close the distance and clinch up but Lee swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Lee fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Lee fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sentrell Lee. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Connor cracks Lee with a good jab.
Connor fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Lee.
Connor connects with a leg kick. Lee looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Lee closes this distance looking for a takedown but Connor circles away.
This has been an exciting period of action!
A nice combination there by Connor.
A good leg kick by Connor.
Lee is breathing heavily.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Lee crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Connor - the referee stops the clock and Lee gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Connor. Lee manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Connor digs a good body shot into Lee's ribs.
Connor lands a left and a right that send Lee crashing to the mat, dazed. Connor thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Lee is rocked!
Connor connects with a picture perfect right hand that knocks Lee out cold! This one is over in a flash!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Matthew Connor!
