The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sedfenor has his takedown stuffed

and Yoshimitsu counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Yoshimitsu.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Sedfenor is defended easily by Yoshimitsu.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Yoshimitsu shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Sedfenor manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Sedfenor fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Yoshimitsu avoids it really well and circles away.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Yoshimitsu throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Sedfenor tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Yoshimitsu is in Sedfenor's guard.

Sedfenor is looking to sinch up a triangle. Yoshimitsu throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Sedfenor's body to avoid the submission. Sedfenor has instead reached around Yoshimitsu's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Sedfenor arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
