Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Twig Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Woodson Grimley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Twig Jones has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones shoots and misses
and Grimley counters with a nice body kick.
Jones defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Grimley.
Grimley shoots for a takedown but Jones saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Grimley fails with a takedown attempt.
Twig Jones has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Woodson Grimley.

Jones changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Grimley tries to avoid it but Jones manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Grimley to the ground. Grimley escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Grimley throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Jones stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Jones gets tackled into the cage by Grimley. Grimley maintains the clinch.
Jones is working for takedown but Grimley is calmly controlling the position for now.
