The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Muda misses with a right hand
and Illiadis moves into the clinch.
Illiadis's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Illiadis seems to have come into the fight with the intention of avoiding any damage in the clinch, rather than actually showing any aggression.
Illiadis has Muda pressed against the cage, preventing Muda from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Illiadis goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Muda jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Illiadis walks away with a smile on his face. Muda gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Illias Illiadis has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Poglavica Muda.
Muda closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Illiadis will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Muda up against the cage.

Muda is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

A frustrated look appears on Muda's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Muda lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Illiadis or not.
Illiadis has Muda pushed against the cage.
This has been an exciting period of action!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Muda is trying to pull guard but Illiadis turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Illias Illiadis dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Illiadis lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Muda is rocked!
It looks like Poglavica Muda has been cut.
Illiadis fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Muda to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Muda looks to clinch but Illiadis throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Muda taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
