With a record of 19 - 13 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Stevie Reyes!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Murphy throws a combination that misses
and Reyes counters with a stiff right hand.
Reyes throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Reyes misses with a wild body shot.

and Reyes counters with a nice body shot.
Murphy needs to keep his hands up - Reyes had a free shot at his head there.

Murphy's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Reyes connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Murphy scrambles back to his feet.
Reyes fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Murphy looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Murphy really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Reyes is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Murphy had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

Murphy connects with a leg kick. Reyes looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

and Reyes cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Reyes throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Murphy stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Reyes moves into range and connects with a jab.
Reyes swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Stevie Reyes is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Murphy takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Murphy throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Reyes.
Murphy takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Nobu Murphy has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Reyes paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

Stevie Reyes comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Reyes has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
