Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Caius Lehtonen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matinho Krol (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Caius Lehtonen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Matinho Krol!
The judges for this bout are Josh West, Colin Fray and Micheangelo Fripello.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lehtonen shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Krol is trying to stand.
Krol blocking the ground and pound attempt from Lehtonen.
Krol is trying to stand back up but Lehtonen is controlling him
Krol tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Lehtonen manages to move to mount!
Krol is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.

Lehtonen is working for a guillotine from mount but Krol frees his head quite easily.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Lehtonen content just to control the position here.
Lehtonen is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Krol can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Lehtonen lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Lehtonen can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Krol is looking to escape.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Lehtonen looking to finish Krol with some ground and pound. This is bad for Krol!
Lehtonen won't let Krol get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.
Lehtonen tries to control but Krol wriggling away.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Krol is trying to stand up.
Lehtonen wants to control the pace but Krol is squirming around nicely.
Krol has given up his back, trying to stand up. Not clever.

Lehtonen has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Krol! Can he survive? No! He's out! Lehtonen gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
