Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Aleksandr Martynov and Konstantin Menshow.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Azyr rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Rautavaara moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Rautavaara takes the fight into the clinch.

Azyr is tying to control. Rautavaara wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

and Rautavaara counters with a nice double leg into side control. Azyr won't be happy with that.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Rautavaara remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

Rautavaara is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Azyr is just riding it out for now. Rautavaara eventually gives up the hold.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Rautavaara thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Rautavaara takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Azyr has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Rautavaara is working away from the top position though.
Rautavaara winds up and cracks Azyr with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Rautavaara misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Azyr.

Jarkko Rautavaara showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Azyr drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Jarkko Rautavaara comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Rautavaara has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
