The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bogdanov throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Drago.
Horrible takedown by Bogdanov or perhaps it was just good defense by Drago which made him look bad.
Drago throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Bogdanov stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Drago misses with a takedown attempt - Bogdanov sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Bogdanov has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Drago regains guard immediately.

Bogdanov has Drago pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Bogdanov pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Drago tumbling to the mat - Bogdanov dives into Drago's guard.

Bogdanov tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Drago cranks the arm and Bogdanov screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Bogdanov, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
