Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alonzo Harris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Darth Penguin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Harris's entrance music is W.O.L.V.E.S. A fine choice. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Kenichi Hosakawa and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Penguin has taken the fight to the clinch.
Harris tries to work over Penguin's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Harris throws a head punch that misses.
Harris can't find room to land a body shot as Penguin controls the action.
Penguin pulls guard successfully.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Harris won't allow Penguin to sweep him here.
Harris controls from within his opponent's guard.
Penguin is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Penguin not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Penguin controls Harris momentarily but Harris frees himself.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

The fight stays on the outside here - Penguin looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Penguin uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Harris.

Penguin slips under a jab.
Penguin lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
It looks like Alonzo Harris has been cut.

and Harris counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Harris throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Penguin keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

and Harris counters with a slapping leg kick.
Harris misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Penguin.
Penguin darts in trying to clinch
and Harris counters with a stiff right hand.
A looping hook to the body misses from Harris. Penguin does a little dance to reset his feet.

Harris lands a two punch combo.

Penguin fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Alonzo Harris has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Darth Penguin.
Penguin ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Harris works Penguin's body with a nice hook.
Penguin takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Harris throws the left hand but Penguin avoids the punch easily.
Harris keeps the fight on the outside.
Penguin tries for a takedown but Harris sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Penguin takes one to the side of the head.
Penguin is rocked!
Penguin tries to clinch up
and Harris counters with a right hand from hell and Penguin is out cold! A vicious knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 5:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Alonzo Harris!
