The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Moneyshot stuffs the takedown attempt from Smith. Smith gets slowly back to his feet.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Smith is on top in guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Moneyshot has his foot on Smith's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Smith works his way back into a safe position though.

Smith lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Moneyshot!

Smith has control of Moneyshot's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Moneyshot regains control of the situation pretty easily.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Moneyshot decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Smith is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Moneyshot can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
