Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bull Terrier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lath Hoy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Terrier comes to the cage accompanied by Closer - Nine Inch Nales. Hoy has chosen Go Ninja-Vanilla Ice as his entrance music. Lath Hoy has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 18 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Bull Terrier!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 26 - 17 - 2, fighting out of Sydney, Lath Hoy!
The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Summer Carpenter and John Mangel.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hoy uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Terrier.

Hoy lands a really nice looking cross but Terrier seems unphased.

Hoy closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Terrier did well to prevent Hoy getting side control.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Hoy throws an overhand right that lands on Terrier's shoulder, as Terrier tries to avoid the shot.
Hoy takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Terrier looks to land a combination. Hoy sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

Hoy swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Hoy ducks right into an uppercut from Terrier.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Terrier pushes Hoy off looking to stand but Hoy dives back in and keeps control.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Hoy is looking for a kimura but Terrier is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Hoy to get the leverage.

Terrier fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Hoy looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Lath Hoy is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

Bull Terrier showed his dominance in that final round.
I think Hoy has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
