Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Chuck Huerta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mirko Boban (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boban has chosen Ana Tijoux - 1977 as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Chuck Huerta has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

No joy there for Boban, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
A low kick from Huerta is predictable there
and Boban counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Boban. Huerta shrugs it off though.
Huerta takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

Boban has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Huerta uses from the top position.
Boban is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Huerta would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Boban gets control of Huerta's arms and successfully pulls guard. Boban will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Huerta has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Huerta has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Boban is proving hard to escape from.

Huerta has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Boban to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Huerta is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Boban pulls down on the head and he's put Huerta to sleep! This one is all over!
