Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jack Walker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kserkses Milas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Walker comes to the cage accompanied by The Doors - Peace Frog. Milas is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by This Is Sparta (10hrs). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 31 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jack Walker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kserkses Milas!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, James Glass and Phil Schofield.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Walker shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Milas as he jumps to the side.
Milas throws a wild body kick that Walker sees coming a mile off.
Walker misses with a body shot.
Milas takes a jab right on the kisser.
A slapping leg kick lands for Milas.
Milas misses with a looping left.
Milas throws an overhand right that lands on Walker's shoulder, as Walker tries to avoid the shot.
A punch lands to the side of Walker 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Walker needs to keep his hands up - Milas had a free shot at his head there.
Milas avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Walker throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Milas stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
A solid leg kick lands there for Milas.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Milas lands a jab to Walker's midsection.
Jack Walker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

A swing and a miss from Milas.
Milas shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Milas takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Walker swings away with a body shot that misses
and Milas counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Milas with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Walker to score with a decent uppercut.
Walker takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Milas is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Walker takes a swing at Milas's ribcage but misses.
Milas looks to land a combination. Walker sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Walker throws a head kick but Milas moves out of range.
Kserkses Milas is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Milas lands a slapping body shot.
Milas moves in looking to clinch but Walker pushes him off.
Milas scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!


Walker is rocked!

Walker looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Milas wants to improve his position but Walker is controlling well.
Milas won't allow Walker to pass to mount.
Still in half guard, Walker seems content to control.
Milas keeping hold of Walker's head, controlling as best he can.
Milas wants to control but Walker is keeping busy.

Milas wants to get back to full guard.
Walker is keen to just control but Milas is a slippery customer.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Walker uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Milas.
A looping hook to the body misses from Milas. Walker does a little dance to reset his feet.
Milas scores with a sloppy right hand. Walker should have avoided that one.
Walker sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Milas is looking to clinch.
Walker fails to land the takedown.
Milas lunges at Walker with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Walker's hand.

Milas punishes Walker's body with a nice straight punch.
Walker takes a swing at Milas's ribcage but misses.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Milas attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Walker connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Walker throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Milas moves out of range of the body kick from Walker.
Walker is looking to wear down Milas with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Walker fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jack Walker. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Milas looks to throw the jab but Walker is out of range.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Walker catches Milas with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Milas slaps away a takedown attempt from Walker, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Walker takes a shot right to the bread basket.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Kserkses Milas dominated that round.

Walker takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Walker lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Walker moves out of range of the body kick from Milas.
Walker has a takedown stuffed.
Some bone on bone action there as Walker checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Walker dives in and grabs Milas's left leg, looking for a takedown. Milas pushes down on Walker's head and hops out.
Jab, jab by Walker - just one landing.
Walker misses with an uppercut. Milas saw that one coming.
Milas scores with a sloppy right hand. Walker should have avoided that one.
Milas is looking to clinch.
Walker moves away from the strike by Milas.
Walker misses the shot to the body.

Milas throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Walker gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Milas takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Walker looks to score with a jab to the body but Milas is just out of range.
Milas slips a jab and a cross from Walker.
A telegraphed right hand from Walker misses the target.
Horrible takedown by Walker or perhaps it was just good defense by Milas which made him look bad.

Milas throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.

and Milas counters with a low kick, right behind Walker 's knee.
This has been an exciting period of action!
A slow jab from Milas misses its intended target.
Milas lands with an uppercut that bounces Walker off the cage and back into range.
Milas throws a quick inside leg kick.
Milas tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Walker was well out of range. Poor timing from Milas.

Milas closes the distance and pushes Walker back into the cage.
Walker wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Walker throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Milas pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
Walker wants to take the fight to the mat but Milas manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

Milas keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Walker's efforts to push away.
Walker is trying to pull guard but Milas has him pressed against the cage.

An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Milas.
Milas lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Milas fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Milas lands with a right to the head.
Milas throws a head punch that misses.
Milas has a couple of punches blocked by Walker.

Walker is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Milas is defending well.
Milas has Walker pushed against the cage.

Walker breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Walker is looking to chop away at Milas's legs.
Milas looks to land a left hand but Walker moved out of range nicely.
Walker throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Milas throws a push kick but Walker slaps the foot to one side.
Walker throws a hook but Milas blocks it.
Walker lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Walker ducks under a wild hook from Milas.
Walker misses with a hook. Milas ducked under it nicely.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Walker throws a lazy uppercut
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Milas keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Milas misses with a head kick.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Kserkses Milas showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Walker shoots in for a takedown but Milas shows good takedown defense.

Walker on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Milas scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Walker shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Milas pinned against the cage. Milas gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jack Walker. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Walker throws a leg kick but Milas sees it coming and checks it nicely.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Walker crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Milas - the referee stops the clock and Walker gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Milas. Walker manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Oh Walker is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Walker seems to have got his legs back now.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Walker throws out a loose jab but Milas uses good head movement to avoid it.

Milas misses the shot to the body.
Milas lands with a right hand.
Milas swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Walker darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Milas tries to get to full guard but Walker has control of the leg.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Milas wants to control but Walker is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Jack Walker has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Walker is looking to stall here but Milas recovers full guard.
Milas has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
Milas wants to sweep here but Walker controlling him for the moment.

Walker throws a big elbow that misses.
Kserkses Milas is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Milas seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Walker trying to control the position from guard on top but Milas is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Kserkses Milas comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Milas winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
