Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Willy Sanchez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jacob Markiewicz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Markiewicz has chosen Nelly- Heart of a Champion as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Jacob Markiewicz struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 207.0lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. Jacob Markiewicz told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Markiewicz keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Sanchez avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Sanchez looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Markiewicz!

Sanchez wants to finish this one by submission but Markiewicz is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Sanchez.

Sanchez has hold of Markiewicz's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Markiewicz manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Sanchez is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Markiewicz is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Markiewicz flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Sanchez anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Markiewicz and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Sanchez slips an arm under Markiewicz chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Sanchez has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Sanchez is squeezing on Markiewicz like an anaconda would it's prey. Markiewicz fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
