Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jake Shields (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ben Button (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ben Button will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shields with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Button to score with a decent uppercut.
Button keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
The fighters circle momentarily. Button darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Shields keeps the fight on the outside.
Button lands with an overhand left.

Button gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Shields has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Button after a bit of a struggle.
Button scores with a shot to the side of Shields's head.

Button breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Shields takes a shot right to the bread basket.

Button cracks Shields with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Button has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Shields to stand back up!

Shields is rocked!

It looks like Jake Shields has been cut.
Shields is breathing heavily.
Button drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Shields's head, knocking him out cold! Button is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.
