Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Drunken Terror (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Taisuke Masakuni (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Hirohito Nitta.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Masakuni, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Masakuni closes the distance and clinches.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

It looks like Drunken Terror has been cut.

Terror feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Terror gets to his feet. Masakuni looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Terror shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Terror was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Terror takes his opponent's back. Perhaps a chance to lock up a rear naked choke here.
Masakuni is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.
Terror is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Terror gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Terror gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Terror apologises and we restart here on the feet.
A combination from Terror does no damage.

Terror bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Masakuni drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Masakuni jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
