Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Samantha Foxx (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dog Cilla (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dog Cilla is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Foxx stuffs the takedown.
Cilla uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Foxx.
Foxx could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Foxx instigates a clinch.
Foxx has had enough of the clinch but Cilla keeps him there for the moment.

Foxx breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Foxx looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Cilla has a takedown stuffed.

Cilla has Foxx up against the cage in a clinch.

Cilla keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Foxx's efforts to push away.
Foxx is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.

Cilla gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Cilla looking to sit in guard and control but Foxx gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Foxx throws a big right hand that misses.
Cilla wants to hit a switch here but Foxx passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Cilla there!

Cilla escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Foxx gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Cilla gets back to full guard.
Foxx trying to control the position from guard on top but Cilla is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Cilla is trying to control but can't.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Cilla might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Foxx kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Foxx misses with a hook to the ribs.
Foxx swings wildly with an uppercut but Cilla uses good head movement to avoid it.

Foxx breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Cilla looks for a takedown but Foxx sprawls well.
Cilla moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Foxx throws a half hearted mid kick.

Cilla ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Cilla no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Foxx wants to lay and pray for a moment but Cilla keeps working.
Foxx is really struggling to control Cilla but he's trying to hold on to the position.
Foxx stops Cilla from getting back to his feet.

Foxx looks to land a strike but Cilla avoids it nicely and regains full guard.

Foxx is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Cilla sees it coming and defends easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Cilla wants to control but Foxx is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Foxx wants to free his trapped foot but Cilla is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Foxx is working hard here to advance position.
Cilla is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Foxx's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Foxx's back!
Cilla controls the position.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Foxx defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Cilla's arms.
What can Foxx do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!

Foxx swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Cilla throws a nice looking combination but Foxx bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Foxx gets a clinch.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Cilla has Foxx pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Foxx manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Foxx pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Foxx tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Cilla was well out of range. Poor timing from Foxx.

Foxx tries to keep at a distance but Cilla has taken the fight into the clinch.
Cilla is looking for a takedown.
Foxx changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Cilla fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Dog Cilla is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Cilla clinches.
Cilla drops down looking for an ankle pick but Foxx pulls his leg out and moves away.
Samantha Foxx has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dog Cilla.

Cilla instigates a clinch.
Cilla takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
A frustrated look appears on Foxx's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Cilla prevents Foxx from breaking the clinch.

Cilla wants the takedown. Foxx is fighting it off but Cilla persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Foxx's guard against the cage.
Cilla passes Foxx's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Foxx wants to control but Cilla is keeping busy.

Cilla is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Foxx reverses the position - he's now on top in Cilla's guard.

Cilla is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Foxx is aware though and is defending well.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Foxx wants to control from the top but Cilla keeps moving.

Cilla is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Cilla perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

Foxx is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Cilla's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Cilla's back!

Foxx is trying to stick to Cilla's back but Cilla is turning into Foxx. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Foxx's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Cilla.

Foxx is striking but Cilla is not phased and passes to half guard.
Cilla wants to pass to mount but Foxx is defending the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
