Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Reza Katebi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stran Gler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Katebi lands the left hand.

Gler gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.

Gler had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Katebi defends it easily.

Gler is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Katebi defends well.

Katebi has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Gler enables Katebi to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Gler manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
