Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Michael Jenkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Quick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jenkins's entrance music is Wish It Never Happened. A fine choice. This should be fireworks!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Quick shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Jenkins as he jumps to the side.
Quick shoots in and drives through. Jenkins sprawls well.

Quick changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Jenkins tries to avoid it but Quick manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Jenkins to the ground. Jenkins escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Quick has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Jenkins has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

Quick had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Jenkins is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Quick Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Jenkins's back instead.
