PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between The Hulk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Errol Field (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Hulk might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Hulkamania!. The crowd seem to be enjoying Field's choice of entrance music: Best of Sakuraba. Errol Field told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Field shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Hulk is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Field to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Field shrugs it off.
Field is wriggling around trying to escape.
Hulk postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Field looks a forlorn figure.

Field tries to lock up and control but Hulk gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Hulk connects with a couple of good shots from mount.

Hulk is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Field has managed to escape the submission attempt.

Hulk is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Hulk!
