Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Avon Barksdale (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ollilan Jorma (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Arvi Lind and Ben Zyskovitsi.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barksdale slips under a jab.

Jorma closes the distance and clinches.
Jorma goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Jorma lands a damaging elbow.
Jorma lands a nice elbow.
Barksdale tries to score a body lock takedown but Jorma shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Barksdale blocks the elbow strike.
Barksdale drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Jorma gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Barksdale pulls Jorma into guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Barksdale has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Jorma can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Jorma tries to free his leg and advance position but Barksdale is retaining full guard.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Barksdale is on top in guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Jorma can do anything to dispel that myth.

Barksdale drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Barksdale seems to have locked his on tight now - Jorma screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Barksdale, as he picks up the win!
