Mali takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Slater lands with a big right hook that stumbles Mali - he's out on his feet here! Slater follows up with another monster hook that separates Mali from consciousness! Mali falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Slater stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Jack Slater!
A relieved looking Jack Slater thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
