The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silver throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Douglas Jr fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Silver swings for the body but Douglas Jr moves out of range.
Silver tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Douglas Jr paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Silver throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Nathan Silver seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Douglas Jr misses with a series of wild punches.
Silver bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Douglas Jr's head backwards.
It looks like Thomas Douglas Jr has been cut.
Douglas Jr misses with a low kick.
Silver cracks Douglas Jr with a left hook right on the temple and Douglas Jr goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Silver lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Douglas Jr is OK!
