Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

13 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jon Boans!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Leonardo Leonardo!
The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Leandro Rodrigues and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leonardo lands with a shot to the body.
Leonardo scores with a jab. Boans acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
A big left from Leonardo misses.
A lazy left from Leonardo finds it's target.
Boans looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Leonardo takes a swing at Boans's ribcage but misses.
Boans misses the jab.
Leonardo cracks Boans with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Leonardo connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Leonardo keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Leonardo connects with a single shot there.
A slow jab from Leonardo misses its intended target.
Boans wants to clinch.
Boans tries to close the distance and clinch up but Leonardo swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Boans tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Leonardo scores with a sloppy right hand. Boans should have avoided that one.
Leonardo moves into range and connects with a jab.
Boans wants to clinch up but Leonardo keeps it at a distance.
A chopping leg kick lands by Leonardo.
Leonardo is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Boans had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.
Leonardo moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Leonardo connects with a nice looking jab.
It looks like Jon Boans has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Leonardo lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Boans will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Leonardo connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Boans is breathing heavily.
Boans throws a hook to the side of Leonardo's head but Leonardo sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Boans takes a jab right on the kisser.

Boans on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Jon Boans seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Leonardo connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Leonardo fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Boans.
A solid leg kick lands there for Leonardo.
Boans takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Leonardo lands a nice shot to the body.
Leonardo feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Boans's calf.

Nice shot lands for Leonardo.
Leonardo digs a good hook to Boans's body.
Boans takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Boans tries to clinch but Leonardo moves out of range.
Leonardo feints and then cracks Boans's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Boans down.
Leonardo fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Boans.
A solid leg kick lands there for Leonardo.
Leonardo buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Leonardo takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Boans moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Leonardo fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Boans.
Leonardo fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Leonardo feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Boanss jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Leonardo drops Boans with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Boans looks back up at him and smiles so Leonardo waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Boans is rocked!
Leonardo throws a shot to the body.
Oh Boans is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Leonardo feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Boans sprawling to the canvas! Boans rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Leonardo finish him?!
Boans is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
Leonardo fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Boans has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Leonardo is looking to slow Boans down with leg kicks.
Boans seems to have got his legs back now.
Boans is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Leonardo doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Boans crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Boans's bad books for that mishap!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Leonardo Leonardo!
During a confident post fight interview, Leonardo Leonardo thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
